According to ISO9002 standards, Shenyang Metaltech Co., Ltd. supplies high quality castings, ductile irons, grey irons, malleable irons, investment castings, stainless steels, special steels, high manganese steels, non-ferrous alloys and aluminiums.

Satellite Foundries
All our foundries have passed the evaluation of ISO9002. In addition to the foundries' own quality control systems, we have our independent inspection teams for each foundry and machine shop. Every delivery will be inspected according to your individual 'Quality Control Plan' by the foundry and our own independent inspection team to ensure that when the consignment arrives in Europe and the USA, it is "Right First Time."

Quotation Procedure
Following information assists in compiling the quotation: submit drawings by email (in the form of CAD or PDF), including material specifications, casting weight in kilos, annual volumes and special requirements, such as test bars, pressure testing, painting, galvanizing processing and machining.

Pattern Equipment
Our policy is to manufacture excellent pattern equipment, provide the accuracy required by your drawing tolerances and maintain high accuracy during the life of your pattern. If volumes are low, the pattern will be manufactured of metal coated wood and resin plates, while if volumes are high, metal patterns will be manufactured.

Casting Samples
All samples are fully inspected prior to submission for your approval. A full dimensional and metallurgical report will be submitted for each mould impression.

Pre-production Castings
If applicable, a small sample batch of castings will be made in order to carry out SPC Capability Studies on critical features to ensure the consistency of your products in service.

Production Batches
After sample approvals from you have been received and pre-production batches have been analyzed, a production batch will be manufactured. During the process, our quality engineers working in the foundries will monitor the production parameter to ensure the consistency with your standards. Each delivery will be checked at first by the foundry's own QA personnel and finally by our own independent inspection team in each foundry. Full traceability is available with every consignment.

Machining
To provide quality machining facilities, we use conventional and CNC machining centers. To source fully or partly machined castings to your tight drawing tolerances.

Delivery
Goods will be delivered according to your requirements and your preferred port. Full quality certifications will be applied to each delivery.
